The comfortable pay-to-enter Marhaba Lounge is open to travellers of all classes of service at all terminals at Dubai International Airport. It's a suitable choice for those making an economy or premium economy flight and want to experience lounge comfort prior to take-off. Inside, there is hot and cold food, an array of drinks, hot showers, and a Business Centre featuring wireless Internet access. The lounges are available at Dubai International from around AED 194.25 ($52.89) per person and also at various airports around the world. The Marhaba team also provides Meet & Greet services at a fee, which includes arrival, departure, transfer, baggage, and family travel.

What Is Included in Your Ticket? 

Access to the marhaba lounge is not included in the Emirates flight ticket. It's an independent paid experience that is available for all cabin classes, beginning at an approximate AED 194.25 ($52.89) and includes food, drinks, and Wi-Fi.

How to Get Access 

People of all classes are welcome to use the Marhaba Lounge as long as they have booked online by visiting marhabaservices.com or paid for it at the lounge. To book, you need the name of the airport you depart from, the flight number, and the date. This can also be arranged separately in advance if you wish to have the Meet & Greet service as well. Use Rules and Guidelines 

In the Marhaba Lounge, all cabin classes are welcome, and the basic principle is that you must pay the entrance fee, not the type of ticket you have. Book online in advance; walk-in is also available subject to availability.

Marhaba Lounge Pricing (Per Person)

Emirates Business Class Lounge

Emirates Business Class Lounge at Dubai is perfect for those who wish to spend their time in a relaxed and productive place prior to their trip. One of the most popular Emirates Lounge Access types, it's complimentary for Business Class ticket holders and for Emirates Skywards Silver and Gold members. On the inside is a Health Hub where you can access fresh and healthy food, a Costa coffee bar, a Business Centre, and even a Timeless Spa to treat yourself before your flight at a small extra cost. It's a relaxed and convenient stop on the way to work, or on vacation. You can access the lounge at $150 (AED 550.88) for Emirates Skywards members and $175 (AED 642.69) for non-members when flying on an Economy ticket in Dubai.

What Is Included in Your Ticket?

How to Get Access 

Customers who are flying Business Class Saver, Flex or Flex Plus or who have Silver or Gold membership status in Emirates Skywards can enter the Business Class Lounge for free with their boarding pass, fully equipped with a lounge. Gold members also have a complimentary adult or child guest, who is travelling on the same Emirates or Qantas flight.

Use Rules and Guidelines 

With lounge access up to 4 hours prior to departure time, free for those who qualify. A guest travelling with you is required to have an EK flight code and fly the same Emirates or Qantas flight. The Business Class Special fares come without free lounge access and must be booked separately.

Location Inside the Airport 

Dubai International's Business Class Lounge is located within Concourse B, where the Costa Coffee counter is situated, and there are also other Business Class lounges throughout Concourse A and C. The Concourse A lounges will also have access to your flight.

Emirates First Class Lounge

The Emirates First Class Lounge is the airline's most premium lounge experience in Dubai, reserved free of charge for First Class ticket holders and Platinum Emirates Skywards members. The Emirates Lounge Access includes fine dining, a larger selection of drinks, a dedicated Cigar Bar and even a complimentary 15-minute spa treatment. During any upgrades, the lounge might shift its operational location, so check before visiting. You can either use the lounge on Concourse C or Concourse B.

How to Get Access 

Just show your First Class boarding card or your Platinum Emirates Skywards card at the lounge entrance, after which you will be admitted to the lounge free of charge. The Emirates app can also allow you to enter via facial recognition without presenting any documents.

Use Rules and Guidelines 

Lounge access is free for 4 hours prior to flight departure. Sometimes minors and young passengers are not allowed on board because of local licensing regulations. For those who are not eligible to enter for free, you can upgrade your entry for a fee.

Location Inside the Airport 

The First Class Lounge is normally located in Concourse C at Dubai International, but during the upgrade works, First Class passengers are being directed to the lounge in Concourse B.

Paid Lounge Access

If your ticket or Emirates Skywards doesn't give you free entry to the Emirates lounges, you can purchase entry to any of the lounges in Dubai or to several airports around the world. A convenient choice for Economy Class, Premium Economy Class or Business Class Special passengers who wish to enjoy a comfortable space before their trip. The Emirates Lounge Access is available in paid lounges, which are identical to the complimentary lounges with the same food, drink and relaxation amenities, but for a fee, valid for up to four hours before your flight departs.

What Is Included in Your Ticket? 

A paid lounge ticket is not part of an admission ticket. It is sold separately online via Manage Your Booking or on the day at the airport, at some rates.

How to Get Access 

Paid lounge access can be booked via Manage Your Booking on the Emirates website or app or by calling the Emirates contact centre. In Dubai, Bangkok and Hong Kong lounges are only available for online booking, and they can't be booked at the lounge counter itself.

Use Rules and Guidelines 

Paid access will be one-time entry only and valid up to 4 hours before leaving. There are local taxes on top of the price, and paid access is not available in Cairo, Beijing, Shanghai, or Singapore.

Location Inside the Airport 

Paid access includes the Business Class Lounge, Emirates Lounge, near Gate 9, and the First Class Lounge, which is for a higher fee in Dubai.

Emirates Worldwide Lounges

Emirates Lounge Access is also available for free in Emirates Lounges for travellers in First Class and Business Class, as well as Platinum and Gold Emirates Skywards members in over a dozen world airports, in addition to Dubai. Emirates has been renovating many of its overseas lounges with a new premium look, which has already been rolled out in Munich, Frankfurt and Manchester, and will be installed in more destinations. All of these airports offer paid lounge access if you don't qualify for free access.

What Is Included in Your Ticket? 

Fully free access to these world lounges and full use of the dining, drinks and relaxation facilities within these lounges is included in a First Class or eligible Business Class ticket and covers all the facilities. Even on other qualifying fares, Platinum and Gold Skywards members enjoy free Emirates Lounge Access.

How to Get Access 

Present boarding passes for First Class / Business Class or your Emirates Skywards Platinum / Gold Card for entry into the lounge, free of charge. If you want to bring a guest, both passengers must be travelling on the same Emirates and/or Qantas flight with an EK flight code. Most of these airports have paid entry rates of approximately AED 569 (USD 155) if you are not eligible.

Use Rules and Guidelines 

If there are no opening times given for a lounge, assume the lounge opens 3 hours before departure. Internet access and lounge access are not guaranteed, as they are subject to local airport restrictions.

Partner Lounges

At many airports, Emirates does not have its own lounge; guests in First Class and Business Class can instead access a partner lounge free of charge, or for Platinum and Gold Emirates Skywards members. This type of Emirates Lounge Access is available on six continents, but the lounge and its terms vary depending entirely on the airport you're traveling from.

What Is Included in Your Ticket? 

Passengers who book a First Class or suitable Business Class ticket or have Platinum or Gold Skywards status normally get free access to the partner lounge without needing to pay any additional fare, although this doesn't always apply at all partner airports. Check at the lounge before booking.

Use Rules and Guidelines 

The Partner lounges operate according to their own terms and conditions, not Emirates', and operational times are local. Under local licensing regulations, unaccompanied minors and youth may not have the right to be allowed to enter. Always check with the lounge for any age restrictions before booking.

How to Check Your Emirates Lounge Access Before Your Flight

The most convenient way to verify your Emirates Lounge Access is to log into Manage Your Booking before departing for the airport, or the Emirates app. You'll already have the answer to whether you'll get to use the free lounge or pay for it based on your ticket type and the cabin class. 

As for Emirates Skywards members, look for your tier as well, as Silver, Gold, and Platinum members have different access privileges for the lounges. Also, you can do a search on the Emirates website for your departure airport to determine which lounge is offered there (or if there is one) and then compare the services with paid lounges such as the Marhaba Lounge. When in doubt, it is advisable to contact the Emirates contact centre or enquire at the check-in.

Emirates Lounge Access varies from passenger to passenger and depends on the ticket sold, the Skywards tier level and the airport which the passenger is departing from.
