The property is located in the “Departures” section of Terminal 3 above the Duty-Free level, across the Concourses A, B and C and close to the airport gates. Available only for eligible passengers of the transit service who have an onward boarding pass: Terminal 1 and 2 passengers can get to the hotel by the free terminal shuttle service at the airport. The hotel provides up to 24 hours' accommodation and flexible hourly room booking.
Accommodation sizes include the Deluxe Room (32 sq m), as well as the large Family Room, Junior Suite, Superior Deluxe Room and Executive Room, and the Royal Suite (140 sq m). Each room has full service facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi, flat screen televisions, tea and coffee making facilities, mini refrigerators and electronic safes, as well as 24-hour reception and room service.
In addition to the rooms, guests are able to use Timeless Spa and the Health Club, which features a complete gym and heated indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and shower facilities.
