Gevora Hotel Dubai is one of the tallest buildings on Sheikh Zayed Road, DIFC and the Trade Centre area. Even at its height of 356 meters, it can show the Dubai skyline from every angle. Currently, the official website lists 505 rooms and suites, including the five-bedroom penthouse, all of which offer sprawling vistas of city views and cozy living with modern amenities. However, the location is ideal for business travellers or those visiting the heart of Dubai and is close to Financial Centre metro station, with major attractions like the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and Museum of the Future within easy reach. 

Gevora Hotel includes Gevora Kitchen (serving international and local cuisine all day) and Le Veyron Café (the specialty coffee house, teas and handcrafted mocktails), Overview Pool Lounge (with a 360-degree view of the Dubai skyline) and the Highest View Lounge & Restaurant (with a 360-degree view of the Dubai skyline from the 12th floor). The hotel also has a health and wellness club which features ladies' and gents' gyms, a swimming pool, baby pool, jacuzzi, steam rooms and saunas.

Business and private events can be held in Gevora's business and private areas and the 12th-floor boardroom, and restaurants and pool areas can also be used for business events. The hotel's official contact section says it is still considered the Tallest 4 Star Hotel in the World, which held the pole position as the world's tallest hotel in December 2025.
